Official Rules

1. Sponsor

These giveaways are run by Legacy Maps (the “Sponsor”), Québec, Canada. Contact: hello@legacymaps.co.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state or country of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. Giveaway period

Entries open on the date shown on the giveaway page and close on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after closing will not be counted.

5. How to enter

Submit the entry form on the giveaway page with your first name, email address and country, then confirm your email using the link we send you. Only confirmed entries count. Limit one entry per person and per email address.

6. Bonus entries

After confirming, you receive a personal referral link. Each friend who enters through your link and confirms their own email earns you 5 bonus entries, up to 10 friends (50 bonus entries). Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts and automated entries are not permitted and may be disqualified.

Separately opting in to Legacy Maps marketing emails earns 5 bonus entries once per confirmed entry and the base email signup offer: 10% off with SIGNUP10. Existing confirmed entrants with recorded marketing consent also qualify. Marketing signup is optional; entering without it still earns one base entry. Maximum 56 entries including referral and signup bonuses. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing entries already earned. The discount is subject to its existing terms, including one use per customer and no combining with other discounts.

7. Prizes

Golf Map Giveaway: two custom wood golf maps (22 × 22 inches) — one for the winner and one for a friend of the winner's choosing. Approximate total retail value: $500.

Custom Map Giveaway: one premium custom Property or City wood map, up to 22 × 22 inches. Approximate retail value: $500.

Prizes include design, production and standard shipping to an address in Canada, the USA or the UK. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner selection

One winner per giveaway will be selected by random draw from all eligible confirmed entries (including bonus entries) within 7 days after closing. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted by email and must reply within 7 days. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. If an entrant cannot be reached, does not respond, or does not meet these rules, another entrant may be selected.

10. Privacy

Entry information is used to run the giveaway and contact the winner. You will only receive marketing emails if you opt in separately on the entry form, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries or technical failures, and may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Instagram or Facebook. For Québec residents, any litigation regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.
