Returns

Every map is made to order and personalized, so returns are handled case by case rather than through a general return window.

If a map arrives damaged, contact the studio with photographs of the packaging and the piece. Replacement and return terms are maintained by the studio.

Revision rounds included with each order are set by the studio and confirmed on your proof email.

If something about your finished piece does not match the approved proof, contact the studio and we will make it right.

Everything ships from our family workshop in Québec. Your map is engraved, finished, framed and packed here in Canada, then handed to Canada Post or a Canadian courier — no border crossing, no duties, no brokerage fees.

Made-to-order timelines are estimates only and never guaranteed. Personalized maps are final sale; returns and remakes are offered for defects and shipping damage.
