Why the land

The land keeps the record longer than any of us do.

The back field that floods every spring. The lane your father graded by hand. The stand of trees no one has ever been allowed to cut.

A property map is the one gift that says: this place matters, and we know it well enough to name every part of it. Pastures, barns, the pond, the trail to the cabin — labelled the way your family actually says them.

Contours show the real shape of the ground, so the piece reads like the land looks from the top of the hill.

Why people order one

The moments a property map gets ordered for

These usually mark something that took decades to build — or something a family is about to hand on.

Passing the land on

Engraved with the family name and the year the land was taken on, for the generation taking over.

The farm's anniversary

Twenty, fifty, a hundred years on the same ground. Marked properly, in solid hardwood.

The cottage or camp

Shoreline, dock, trails and cabins — the place everyone drives hours to get back to.

A place being sold

When the land changes hands, the map stays in the family. Often ordered quietly, before the closing.

Family owned, made in Canada

A family studio creating custom heirloom maps of the places that matter most.

What began as a shared passion for craftsmanship, design, and meaningful spaces became a way for our family to turn land, homes, ranches, lakes, cottages, and properties into lasting works of art. Every piece is custom designed from scratch by our team using detailed cartography, layered textures, and carefully refined engraving techniques to create maps that feel timeless and deeply personal.

We believe meaningful places deserve more than generic décor. Our work is designed to capture the character, story, and emotional connection behind a property, whether it is a family ranch passed through generations, a first home, a favorite lake, or land that shaped a family's history.

Each map is thoughtfully crafted through a highly collaborative design process and made to order with an obsessive attention to detail, materials, and presentation. No templates. No mass production. Every piece is commissioned and individually created for the customer it belongs to.
