What to expect after you order

You're viewing our Canadian information. Made and shipped from Québec, with no border fees.

Everything ships from our family workshop in Québec. Your map is etched, finished, framed and packed here in Canada, then handed to Canada Post or a Canadian courier — no border crossing, no duties, no brokerage fees.

Made-to-order timelines are estimates only and never guaranteed. Personalized maps are final sale; returns and remakes are offered for defects and shipping damage.
